Located in the Inman Park neighborhood of Atlanta, Troop 101 provides outdoor adventures, leadership skills, and service opportunities for boys in grades 5-12.
Leadership and Citizenship
For more than 100 years, Scouting programs have instilled in youth the values found in the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Scouting helps youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that influence their adult lives.
Outdoor Adventure
In the outdoors, youth have opportunities to acquire skills that make them more self-reliant. They can explore canoe and hiking trails and complete challenges they first thought were beyond their ability.
Community Service
Do a Good Turn Daily is the slogan of the Boy Scouts. Troop 101 scouts work collectively on organized service projects and pursue individual service work as part of their advancements. The Eagle Scout service project is the capstone of the Scouting experience.
